LOCATION

• Situated along the southern boundary of the Etosha National Park, close to the Anderssen Gate in northern Namibia
• South of Okaukuejo
• In our own 30 000-hectare (65 000-acre) private game reserve

PRICING
1 July to 31 October - High Season
1 January to 30 June, 1st November to 31 December - Low Season

ACCOMMODATION
There are seven twin-bedded tents, and one family unit. There is one pilot/guide tent.
Tent details:
• Luxury tents with double doors in the front allowing for views to the bush and waterhole.
• Overhead fans in all tents
• Every guest tent has an en-suite thatched bathroom with open air shower.
• All tents have covered verandas.
• Soaps, shampoos and insect repellents are supplied in each room.

CAMP DESCRIPTION
• Bush around camp gives it an intimate atmosphere
• Stone and thatched communal area consisting of bar and dining room
• Open fire
• Swimming pool
• Eye-level view of a highly productive waterhole
• Selection of gifts and branded clothing available from the curio shop
• Reference library available
• Spotting scope for viewing game.

ACTIVITIES
• 3 x 10-seater game viewers, 7 window seats and 3 in the middle.
• Game drives on Ongava's reserve
• Walks with armed guide (for safety reasons, children under the age of 12 years will not be allowed on walks and children between 12 years and 16 years will only be allowed on walks at the discretion of the guide). White rhino can be tracked on foot.
• Game drives in Etosha National Park

SUGGESTED DAILY ACTIVITY SCHEDULE
Below is only a suggestion as to what may happen in camp - as daily wildlife sightings tend to affect the schedule.
05h30 - Wake up, full English and continental breakfast offered
06h10 - Depart for Etosha (10 to 15 minute drive to the gate)
12h00 - Return to the lodge for lunch
16h00 - Tea with snacks
16h30 - Depart on nature drive on Ongava property, tracking Rhino on foot, sundowners and returning to camp using the spotlight.
20h00 - Dinner is served under the stars overlooking the waterhole

DRINKS POLICY
Local drinks and house-wines are included but premium imports are not.

LAUNDRY POLICY
Daily service is included in the nightly tariff

EXTRAS PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash, traveller's cheques and Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
If guests wish to tip, our recommended tipping schedule is as follows:
Lodge staff - US$3.00 per guest per day.
Driver/guides - US$5.00 per guest per day. This is the suggested gratuity schedule
only and is subject to service standards.
